There are many goals that Generational Role, LLC looks to accomplish. These goals consist of bringing awareness to the importance of properly rehabilitating offenders both currently and formerly incarcerated; improving training among those that work within the field of criminal justice; improving correctional facilities; and educating the community on aspects of the field of criminal justice. There is no one way to improve these areas, but instead multiple strategies/techniques must be implemented.

 

 Reducing crime is an important matter in both the local communities and the field of criminal justice. Generational Role, LLC aims to be the voice, and bridge that leads to crime being reduced, and eventually providing offenders and possible offenders with alternative options that lower their likelihood of committing crimes. Generational Role, LLC looks to provide those that work within the field of the criminal justice the appropriate support needed to be successful and provide for offenders appropriately.
