Many years ago, I had an idea of developing a program, or a system, where we bring those who work within the Criminal Justice System (CJS) and those that live within the community to the table for honest, respectful, and open conversations. The purpose of these conversations is to create a platform designed to establish communication and understanding.  These "talks at the table", if you will, can give a voice to both sides and begin to build bridges where none existed as well as rebuild bridges where situations have caused a breakdown. Fast forward to the present day, 202, and now Generational Role, LLC aims to serve as a platform for these "talks at the table."
 

 There are many driving forces behind me creating Generational Role, LLC. I have a desire and passion to help create balance in our community between those that live within the community and those who protect and serve the community. I also want to help rehabilitate offenders, improve correctional facilities, educate the community, help improve training for members of the field of criminal justice. I created Generational Role, LLC so it can be a mainstay that creates changes for generations to come. Changes that can have positive impacts on all those in involved.
